Welcome to The Working Group

In the standards world, the real work happens in the working group. This is yours. Ask questions, share challenges, and connect with peers who understand the regulatory landscape you're navigating every day.

The Working Group — Community Guidelines

This is a professional space built on the same principles that make good science possible: rigor, respect, and a genuine willingness to learn from one another. To keep it that way, we ask that all members:

Be respectful. Disagree with ideas, not with people. Everyone here is at a different point in their learning journey — meet them where they are.

Be constructive. Questions and challenges are welcome. Criticism is welcome. Personal attacks, dismissiveness, and condescension are not.

Be professional. You're among peers. Communicate the way you would in a working group session or a professional conference — with the standards you'd want applied to yourself.

Be generous. If you know the answer, share it. If you've made the mistake someone else is asking about, say so. This community gets stronger when people contribute openly.

Stay on topic. Keep discussions relevant to the science, the courses, and the regulatory work your peers are here to navigate. This isn't the place for solicitation or self-promotion.

Protect confidentiality. Don't share proprietary company information, client details, or anything that isn't yours to share. Keep the conversation general where specifics create risk.

The Academy reserves the right to remove content or members that don't meet these standards. When in doubt, ask yourself: would I say this in a room full of colleagues I respect? If yes, you're good.
